For questions about a WVU Healthcare bill, please direct your call to either WVU Hospitals Patient Financial Services at 800-516-5548, or University Health Associates at 304-285-7100 or 800-541-4009, as indicated on the bill. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours, leave a message, and we’ll return your call.
