Well Visits and Physicals We offer annual wellness physical exams provided by most commercial insurance carriers, as well as DOT physicals, work physicals, sports physicals, and other types of physical exams. Our physicians are available after hours for urgent matters that may not wait until normal office hours. Call 800-982-8242 to have the physician paged.
