About UHA

University Health Associates (UHA) is West Virginia's largest multi-specialty physician and dental group practice.

The mission of UHA is to support West Virginia University's Schools of Medicine and Dentistry and to improve the lives of our patients, physicians, dentists, students, and employees by maintaining an efficient, effective, and friendly academic and clinical practice environment.

UHA is the business name for the West Virginia University Medical Corporation and the West Virginia University Dental Corporation. Each is a private, not-for-profit corporation composed of faculty members of the WVU School of Medicine and School of Dentistry.

UHA provides support services that allow faculty members to practice their professions. We also have satellite locations providing rural clinic support in Elkins, Harpers Ferry, Martinsburg, Ranson, Weston, and Wheeling.
