Ask a billing question.

For questions about a WVU Healthcare bill, please direct your call to either WVU Hospitals Patient Financial Services at 304-598-4032, or 800-368-6362, or University Health Associates at 304-285-7100, or 800-541-4009, as indicated on the bill. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours, leave a message, and we’ll return your call.

If you have a question about how your insurance company will process charges for a service or procedure, please contact your insurance company or review your benefits handbook. 

Contact your physician. The quickest way to contact your physician is by calling their appointment office. If you enroll in MyWVUChart, you have email contact with your physician.

Contact a patient. If you would like to send a note to a patient staying in our hospital, please email a patient form and our volunteers will deliver the message to your friend or loved one. You can also contact a patient in our hospital by calling 304-598-4400.
